The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver is currently seeking individuals to fill the following positions.
Administrative Assistant to Communications (Intermediate) - Permanent, Full-Time
Duties: Reporting directly to the Manager Communications, responsible for all administrative support to the Communications Department Manager and the organization and maintenance of the departments' flow of information. Responsible for the successful administration of projects and administer various committees and task forces, duties include attending meetings, preparing and disseminating meeting agendas and minutes. Also assist in preparing the annual department budget.
Requirements: This is an Intermediate level position and requires 3 - 5 years related work experience. Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written, excellent organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment are necessities. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Exposure to the use of Visio or desktop publishing software would be an asset.

Customer Service Representative - Permanent, Full-Time
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Member Services; responsible for providing full customer service and support to members and staff with regards to Membership, Professional Development Program registration, event ticketing, Supra keybox system and retail sales through the front member service counter.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience working in a customer service environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
- Real Estate experience an asset but not required
