MLSLink Housing Price Index for Greater Vancouver & BC

Homes sales in Greater Vancouver are tracked through the housing price index which measures benchmark or typical home prices.

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver is now releasing its statistics on its website, www.rebgv.org.

Statistics for other real estate boards participating in Realtylink.org are available on their own websites, including Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board and Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.

MLSLink© HPI is the latest version of the Board's Housing Price Index (HPI) and is designed to accommodate the MLS upgrade and improve the legacy HPI product. New HPI statistics should not be compared with legacy HPI statistics because revisions reflect material changes to the Board's legacy MLS and HPI systems.
