(Maple Ridge, BC) - Local REALTORS will be hosting a traditional turkey feast with all the trimmings this Thanksgiving Day for members of the community who would have otherwise gone without. If you're spending this Thanksgiving alone or don't have the money to have a fancy meal, than you may want to consider attending the third annual dinner at St. Patricks Church located on the corner of 121 st Avenue and Edge Street, this year.

"Last year, a crowd of about 190 guests included many families struggling to get by and seniors who would otherwise face Thanksgiving at home alone," says event co-chair Sandra Wyant. "This year we expect even more people to attend due to word-of-mouth about the success of last year's dinner." The doors open at 4 pm and dinner will be served at 5 pm. Guests do not need to register for the event - you can just show up.

Thanks to the Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, dinner guests will be able to enjoy a complimentary meal, refreshments, entertainment and take-home pumpkins for children.
